Chief Justice Martha Koome has warned that growing online misconduct by advocates is eroding the dignity of the legal profession, urging lawyers to protect the integrity they have worked hard to earn. CJ Koome: The greatest threat to the dignity of the legal profession today is not only misconduct in courtrooms, but the tone, content, and behaviour some of us display online. When advocates insult judges and engage in public theatrics, the seriousness of our profession is diminished.
