Video: Murkomen warns that criminal elements have infiltrated the boda boda sector
Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has warned that criminal elements have infiltrated the boda boda sector, contributing to rising incidents of violence and accidents, particularly in Western, Nyanza and Nairobi counties. Appearing before the Senate, he said the government is collaborating with the NTSA and county administrations to register riders, enforce discipline, strengthen community policing and prosecute offenders.
