Seven national team coaches have departed their roles during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, underscoring the high-stakes environment for managers at football’s biggest tournament.

Among the most notable changes, Tunisia parted ways with Sabri Lamouchi after a 5–1 loss to Sweden in the group stage, followed by Herve Renard’s resignation after the team’s elimination.

Scotland’s Steve Clarke, South Korea’s Hong Myung-bo, and Uruguay’s Marcelo Bielsa all left their positions following their nations’ early exits.
