The special sitting will come a day after the conclusion of the impeachment trial of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
The South Mugirango MP explained that the house needed to recover the time lost during Mazingira Day (October 10) and when the sittings were suspended to allow public participation in the impeachment of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
“Also the sitting is due to the urgency to conclude certain priority business pending before the hose goes for recess,” Osoro added.
Some of the bills include The Sugar Bill, 2022, Water (Amendment) Bill, 2024 and the Division of Revenue, 2024.
The motion was seconded by the MP for Navakholo, Emmanuel Wangwe.
