Located in Bamburi, Kisauni sub-county, this project aims to develop 600 housing units, aligning with the government's vision for affordable housing.

The Bamburi Green View project is structured in three phases, with phase one focusing on the construction of 200 units, comprising one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
The completion of this phase is anticipated to take three and a half years. The prices for these units are Sh2.35 million for a one-bedroom, Sh3.49 million for a two-bedroom, and Sh4.39 million for a three-bedroom apartment.
“We are offering customers a flexible payment plan spread over 40 months, starting with an initial instalment of Sh30,000 to Sh40,000,” explained Vin Patel, Head of Sales at Fairdeal Properties, during the groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase.
Fairdeal Properties has undertaken several projects in the region, including Zawadi Apartments, Bamburi Palm View, and Bamburi Coconut Villas.
Patel noted that the Bamburi Green View apartments are already 70 per cent sold, with strong ongoing bookings.
“Our team is actively engaging with customers daily, and we anticipate selling out the remaining units within the next two to three months, allowing us to proceed with the subsequent phases,” he stated.
The project is also expected to have a positive impact on Mombasa’s tourism sector. “This development will cater to the short-term rental market, benefiting tourists and short-stay visitors. A two-bedroom unit is particularly appealing for this market,” said Patel.
Marketing Manager at Fairdeal Properties, Avni Bhatt, highlighted the project's numerous amenities, such as a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a clubhouse, a recreational area, and a children’s play area.
“Even with affordability in mind, we have incorporated quality amenities, including solar-powered lighting for common areas,” she said, noting their collaboration with ABSA Bank for asset financing.
Lilian Timothy, a long-time Mombasa resident and potential buyer, shared her enthusiasm about the project.
“I have been searching for a home for years, and Bamburi’s rapid development makes it an ideal location. The pricing and payment plans are very reasonable, making it a great opportunity,” she remarked.
