Proprietor Mohamed Rabi Guhad said that the construction of the restaurant took three months and promised affordable yet delicious meals for customers.

"It took us three months to complete the hotel and be ready to serve delicious food," said Mohamed.

During the event, speakers extended their well-wishes to the new establishment and expressed optimism for its success in the competitive hospitality sector.

MP Mohamed Adow expressed his pleasure in participating in the opening, wishing Ajmal Restaurant success.

"There is no day a new business does not open its doors in Eastleigh, let's use our businesses to make deals in Kenyan politics," said Mohamed.

MP Yusuf Hassan congratulated the restaurant owners. "May this restaurant and other business you are involved in be a success, and start several others," said Yusuf.

Garissa Town MP used the occasion to address the Muguka debate, calling for a complete ban on its use.

"We must stop the use of Miraa and Muguka, it is causing more harm to our people, especially the youth," he said.
