A three-judge bench led by Justices Eric Ogola, Antony Mrima, and Freda Mugambi is currently hearing petitions arising from the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua.
Today, the State is seeking a review of conservatory orders that suspended the impeachment resolution.

The Attorney General, Dorcas Oduor, will also plead with the court to set aside orders halting the swearing-in of Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki as DP.
