High Court declares housing levy lawfully enacted

A three-judge bench determined that public participation in the process was sufficient.
The High Court has declared that the housing levy was lawfully enacted and is in line with the Constitution.
A three-judge bench of Justices Olga Sewe, John Chigiti and Josephine Mongare on Tuesday found that adequate public participation was conducted and due process was followed when establishing the fund.
