Crown Paints educates Eastleigh property developers on different products

Crown Paints announced plans to establish a showroom in Eastleigh to expand its presence in Kenya, joining other brands that have recently been jostling for a space in this vibrant estate.

Crown Paints, a leading paint manufacturer, held a town hall meeting to educate Somali property developers in Eastleigh about the different products offered by the brand.

Top executives from Crown Paints attended the Thursday event, including Vice Chairman Hussein Ramji, Director Ahmad Charania, Chief Operating Officer Richard Muturi, and Finance Director Patrick Mwati.

Kamukunji Member of Parliament Yusuf Hassan, Chairman of Nairobi Property Developers Association, Abdirahman Shibli, and CEO of Eastleigh Business District Association Mohamed Adan, were also part of the attendees.

The primary focus of the meeting was to show and explain the benefits of the diverse range of products by Crown Paints, spanning from building paints to durable car paints. Crown Paints was hailed for its commitment to quality, and its remarkable 15-year warranty on all its products.

Mohamed Adan, CEO of EBDA, emphasised the significance of prioritising quality in paints, particularly Crown Paints' offerings.

"All building owners in Eastleigh have to think about quality, and quality is found in Crown," noted Adan.

Abdirahman Shibli, Chairman of Nairobi Developers Association, welcomed Crown Paints to Eastleigh, lauding the company as the sole provider of a 15-year warranty. "We commend and value the products of Crown Paints. Giving us a 15-year warranty is welcomed," expressed Shibli.

Richard Muturi, Chief Operating Officer of Crown Paints, acknowledged the substantial purchasing power of the Somali community, affirming their pivotal role in Kenya's economy, culture, and politics.

"The community contributes immensely to the country's infrastructure development in the commercial and residential built environment space," Richard said.

He urged the residents to explore Crown Paints' offerings, assuring them of value for their investment.

Kamukunji Member of Parliament Yusuf Hassan emphasised the importance of Eastleigh as a business hub, urging all business entities to establish a presence in the area.

"Eastleigh is now a bright light attracting business people and everyone. If you are running a company and you are not in Eastleigh, then you don't know what you are missing," he said.

Crown Paints operates in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
