England Loosenge, the Samburu County CEC of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, and Urban Development, stated that community members actively shared their views and pledged to collaborate with lands officials to ensure the success of the planning and survey efforts for Archers Post town.

The CEC assured the public that, upon completion of the planning and survey work, they would receive title deeds through a collaboration between the County and the National Government.
Loosenge informed the public that a team consisting of physical planners, cartographers, and surveyors from both the County and the Survey of Kenya would be stationed in Archers Post town. This team's responsibilities include controls, pickings, planning, and beaconing of plots within the town.

Additionally, the team will address and regularize developments that occurred in unplanned areas of the town. The aim is to bring order and compliance to the town's spatial organization.
The public participation meeting was attended by various officials, including John Lolkitekui, the National Lands Commission county coordinator, Gedion Lekupe, Samburu County director of Surveys and Mapping, and Moses Omondi, Director of Physical Planning, among others. The collaborative efforts underscored the commitment to involving the community in the planning and development processes of Archers Post.
