The Office of the Somali Prime Minister appointed Ali Hoosh as Interior Minister and handed the Internal Security docket to Abdullahi Fartaag.

Meanwhile, Ali Hoosh has been appointed Interior Minister, while Abdullahi Fartaag has been handed the Internal Security docket.
Cali Yuusuf Xoosh has been appointed Minister of Interior and Reconciliation, tasked with addressing the country's internal security challenges.

Abdullahi Bidhaan Warsame has been appointed Minister of Energy & Water, while Mohamed Aadan Macalin will lead the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
The government has committed to addressing environmental challenges with the appointment of Ahmed Omar Mohamed as State Minister for Climate Change Adaptation, a newly created position.
