The Kenya Amputee National team has left tonight for Egypt ahead of the Amputee Football African Cup of Nations.

The 10-day tournament is set to start Sunday 19 May, 2024 to Tuesday 28 May, 2024 and will serve as a World Cup qualifier.
Kenya is slotted in group C alongside Ghana, Gambia and Algeria.
“The team is in good shape and we are ready for the tournament. We are going for the trophy and also to qualify for the World Cup.” Head Coach Clement Otieno told Eastleigh Voice.
“The mood in the team is positive and we have quality players who will produce good results. We are confident that we will make Kenya proud,” Team Captain Mohammed Munga added.
