In early April, Parliament vetted 26 out of 27 nominees and forwarded the names to the head of state for official appointment.
Charles Githinji Keiru, the nominee for Consul General to Goma was rejected for lack of requisite qualities while former West Mugirango MP Vincent Kemosi declined his nomination.
