KeNHA said the closure will take effect from Saturday, August 23, 2025, and remain in place until Sunday, September 7, 2025.

The first closure affects the section from Ngere Road junction to KIBHT junction, which will be shut to all traffic until May 20, 2025.

Traffic disruptions are set to commence on Saturday, November 2, 2024, and will continue until Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Motorists are encouraged to plan their journeys accordingly and remain patient during this essential upgrade period.
