Govt. spokesman says two new passport printing machines are expected by the end of February.

The move comes after the government last week revoked the controversial Gazette notice it had earlier issued which hiked IDs and passport fees.

In a statement on Tuesday evening, Interior CS Kithure Kindiki said the move was made so as to allow public participation on the matter.
