CAF announces full list of local, international CHAN 2024 broadcasters

In Kenya, for example, CAF has confirmed KBC, Azam TV and SuperSport as the broadcasters of the tournament.

Fans who will not be able to make their way into the stadium for one reason or another can now rest assured that the CHAN 2024 tournament will be aired live through officially confirmed broadcasters.

The tournament, set to run from August 2 to 30, will be broadcast live by both local and global networks, as confirmed by CAF.

To kickstart the event will be the opening match between Tanzania and Burkina Faso, a Group B fixture which will set the ball rolling for the celebration of African football as homegrown talents are aired to the world.

In the three host nations, fans will be able to get the live stream and follow the tournament through familiar local channels.

In Kenya, for example, CAF has confirmed KBC, Azam TV and SuperSport as the broadcasters of the tournament.

Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation and Azam TV will provide coverage from Tanzania, while in Uganda, FUFA TV and Uganda Broadcasting Corporation will cover the tournament. All the broadcasters above are expected to bring all the action to fans in their local languages and formats.

Additionally, coverage also extends to major participating countries, including RTB in Burkina Faso, SABC in South Africa, TPA in Angola, RTNC in DR Congo, ORTM in Mali, TVM in Madagascar, and ZNBC in Zambia, ensuring fans from across all 54 countries of the continent can follow the competition.

Beyond Africa, the matches will also be televised in key international territories via beIN Sports, CANAL+, and other continental and global networks like Sport TV in Portugal, Ziggo in the Netherlands, and Band in Brazil, underlining the growing appeal of CHAN as a premier stage for Africa’s domestic football stars.
