Participants represented key sectors such as oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, property development, and real estate — industries that rely heavily on efficient and sustainable industrial systems.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn how Atlas Copco’s technologies and services can support their operations and boost productivity.
Founded in Sweden in 1873, Atlas Copco established its Kenyan operations in 1936 and has since become one of the region’s most established industrial service providers. Its operations focus on delivering solutions that enhance productivity across various industries, including compressed air systems used in petrol stations, production plants, and service centres.
The company also provides energy generation solutions, oxygen production systems for hospitals, and nitrogen generation for food processing industries. In addition, it manufactures lighting towers and other tools for construction, mining, and industrial applications.
Valuable opportunity
Speaking to The Eastleigh Voice during the event, Kaindiko expressed satisfaction with the turnout and the level of engagement from attendees, noting that it offered a valuable opportunity to connect with representatives from key sectors that depend on Atlas Copco’s services.
“We had interesting discussions around services that we can provide to this community,” Kaindiko said.
He added that the company’s focus goes beyond selling equipment — it aims to build long-term relationships with clients through reliable solutions and continuous support.
The event featured presentations, demonstrations, and question-and-answer sessions, allowing participants to explore the practical applications of Atlas Copco’s technology.
Company representatives explained how compressed air systems power industrial operations, how gas generation technologies support hospitals and food industries, and how portable energy solutions improve efficiency in construction and mining.
Praised initiative
Many participants praised the initiative, saying it offered valuable insight into industrial services they had not been aware of before.
One of the attendees, Abdalla Hassan, said he gained a better understanding of the company’s wide range of offerings.
“I learnt a lot today. It was engaging, and at least I now understand the existence of such a company and what they offer,” he said.
Other participants appreciated the openness of the discussions and the detailed responses from the company’s representatives, noting that the engagement strengthened their confidence in Atlas Copco’s capacity to deliver reliable, industry-specific solutions.
