Moi International Airport named best in Africa for third time

Mombasa's Moi International Airport has once again secured the prestigious Airports Council International (ACI World) Best Airport in Africa Award by Size and Region in the Under 2 million Passenger Per Year category for Africa, marking its third consecutive win.
The renowned accolade is the result of an ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey, which evaluates passenger experiences globally, spanning from departure to arrival.

Notable mentions in the same category include Tanzania's Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (Zanzibar) and Ivavo International Airport (Antananarivo, Madagascar).

Airports that won in the two-to-five million category include; Dakar Blaise Diagne International Airport (Diass, Senegal) and Marrakech Menara Airport (Marrakech, Morocco).
Those that won in the five to 15 million passenger category were Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (Casablanca, Morocco) and Marrakech Menara Airport (Marrakech, Morocco).
Other categories include the easiest airport journey, the cleanest airport, the most enjoyable airport, and the airport with the most dedicated staff.
The airport in Africa with the most dedicated staff was found to be Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (Casablanca, Morocco).
The cleanest airports in the Africa category were Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport and Marrakech Menara Airport (Marrakech, Morocco).
The most enjoyable airports in the Africa category are Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport (Casablanca, Morocco) and Dakar Blaise Diagne International Airport (Diass, Senegal).
