On October 31, 2023, the "Huduma Mashinani" event unfolded at the Kamukunji Innovation Hub in California, Eastleigh, Nairobi. Organised by the Huduma Centre and the National Government Administration Officers (NGAO), the one-day event brought vital services closer to the local community.
With over 40 attendees, the event was overseen by Mary from the Huduma Centre Eastleigh. Its primary objective was to tackle unresolved issues and offer support for matters unrelated to first-time applications. During the event, there were discussions about the potential implementation of a levy on all Huduma services, enabling community members to express their concerns and viewpoints.
