Students of Technical and Vocational Education and Training institutions can now access the July 2025 Business and Technical examination results at the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) offices.
The council said the results are now ready and advised institution heads to visit KNEC headquarters at Mitihani House in South C on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm.

In the notice issued on Monday, November 3, 2025, KNEC confirmed the release and called on authorised school heads to pick up the documents in person.
"We wish to inform all Heads of Institutions that offered candidates for the July 2025 Business and Technical examinations that the results are officially released and ready for collection. The results can be collected from Mitihani House, South C offices, on weekdays from Monday to Friday during official working hours from 8 am to 5 pm."
The council stressed that collection will only be allowed for institutions that have cleared all pending examination fees.
Those with outstanding arrears will be required to settle their balances first before gaining access to the results.
KNEC also reminded college heads and candidates that they have a limited window to raise any issues regarding the released results.
Any concerns must be filed online through the institution heads within 30 days from the release date. After the deadline on December 3, any queries will attract a penalty of Sh5,000.
All inquiries are to be submitted exclusively through the Quality Management Information System portal at qmis.knec.ac.ke/externalLogin.
This means institutions cannot make manual submissions or walk-in requests regarding review or clarification on results.
At the same time, KNEC announced that advance instructions for the November 2025 examination session are already available and can also be collected from its offices.
This gives centres time to prepare teaching and assessment plans ahead of the upcoming examination period.
The latest update follows a similar statement issued on October 21 when the council released teacher assessment and examination results for 2025.
Training colleges accessed the educator results through the Competency-Based Assessment Teacher Education portal. Just like the latest release, only those institutions that had completed examination payments were able to receive their results.
The move marks another step in KNEC’s ongoing calendar as it seeks to complete scheduled releases before the year ends, keeping institutions updated and aligned with assessment timelines.
