Mediheal founder Swarup Mishra is facing mounting financial pressure, with several of his properties now marked for auction due to outstanding multimillion-shilling loans.
Among them is a 0.5336-hectare parcel under Mediheal Hospital and Fertility Centre Ltd, currently operating as a hospital, and a 0.2421-hectare property featuring a five-storey hospital building alongside a double-storey pharmacy and laboratory block.

He also owns a 0.65-hectare residential maisonette registered under Swarup Ranjan Mishra and Pallavi, as well as a 1.249-hectare property in Kipkorgot along the Kaptagat–Eldoret road.
Other holdings include a 3.91-hectare farm in Mogobich, Uasin Gishu County, and additional parcels in Pioneer and Ngeria within Eldoret Municipality.
