Saudi Arabia slams Netanyahu's claims, affirms Palestinian right to land
Saudi Arabia condemned these actions and firmly stated that "the Palestinian people have a right to their land."
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has condemned comments made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the removal of Palestinians from their land.
In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom said it "appreciates the condemnation, disapproval and total rejection announced by the brotherly countries" of Netanyahu's remarks.

Saudi said that Netanyahu's words are an attempt to shift attention away from the ongoing actions by the Israeli occupation in Gaza.
"This extremist, occupying mentality does not understand what the Palestinian land means to the brotherly people of Palestine," reads the statement declared.
It went on to note the deep emotional, historical, and legal ties that Palestinians have with their land.
The Kingdom highlighted the harsh reality on the ground in Gaza, pointing out that the area has been ravaged by continuous attacks that have left over 160,000 people dead or injured, "most of them children and women."
Saudi Arabia condemned these actions and firmly stated that "the Palestinian people have a right to their land."
It stressed that the Palestinians are not outsiders who can be removed at will but are the rightful owners of their homeland.
The statement also recalled that those who back extremist ideas have long blocked peace efforts by rejecting moves for peaceful coexistence and dismissing peace initiatives from Arab nations.
"The right of the Palestinian people will remain firmly established and no one will be able to take it away," the Kingdom affirmed.
It added that a lasting peace in the region can only be achieved by returning to reason and accepting a two-state solution.
Saudi Arabia's message comes at a time when many nations in the Arab and Muslim world continue to stand by the Palestinian cause, emphasizing the central role that the Palestinian issue plays in regional affairs.
