A panel of MPs, led by National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang'ula, begins the vetting of President William Ruto's Cabinet nominees Tuesday, with former Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe's nomination to head the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
