"All applicants who were unsuccessful in the last application and others who would like to join KMTC in March 2025 are invited to apply. The application process is accessible via our students portal link," read a statement from KUCCPS.
KUCCPS had previously opened the portal between January 24, 2025, and February 14, 2025, when CEO Agnes Wahome confirmed the eligibility of the slots for Form Four leavers who sat the KCSE examination from 2000 to 2024.
On his part, KMTC CEO Kelly Oluoch emphasised the significance of this intake, encouraging all interested applicants to seize the opportunity.
"The vacancies are available in 21 selected courses. The portal will remain open for the next seven days," he said.
Dr Oluoch further reassured applicants that the college has put in place support measures to assist those facing challenges with their applications.
"Backed by KUCCPS, we have deployed officers in selected campuses and trained our desk officers to provide the necessary support," he noted.
The announcement comes at a time when KMTC is finalising admissions for students selected in the previous application cycle. Just last week, the institution began dispatching 14,338 admission letters for successful applicants expected to join the March 2025 intake.
According to Dr Oluoch, admission letters for students enrolling in upgrading courses including diploma, higher diploma, and certificate programmes will continue to be released in the coming days.
New students are expected to report to their respective KMTC campuses on March 18, 2025.
