The prosecution sought a period of one month to enable the DPP to review the file.
At the same time, the magistrate warned Ringtone from taking pictures of the complainant or issuing threats to him after she accused him of taking her photos while in court.
Ringtone was spotted taking the pictures in court, which the magistrate found was unlawful.
The court directed the matter to be mentioned on September 8, 2025, to confirm the decision of the DPP.
They have since denied the charges and are out on a Sh1million cash bail.
