The retreat aims to evaluate Kenya Kwanza's performance and highlight significant achievements since the ruling administration assumed office in September 2022.

The CSs and the PSs are set to review the performance of the current administration in implementing Ruto's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

The retreat will also aim at consolidating the gains made in the past 17 months of the Kenya Kwanza regime to create synergy for the execution of the government's programmes in 2024.
Ruto commended members of his Executive and the Kenya Kwanza MPs for successfully enacting enabling legislation to anchor his development manifesto.
