Police in Eastleigh, Nairobi, made a swift move, arresting two individuals who were attempting to sit for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exam at the Royal Muslim Academy in section one. The imposters were apprehended by vigilant officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), who were closely monitoring the examination process. However, the center manager managed to evade arrest, prompting a pursuit by the police from Eastleigh North, who have initiated a thorough manhunt.

The incident at the Royal Muslim Academy has raised concerns about the integrity of the examination process and the need for heightened vigilance to prevent such occurrences in the future. "We are committed to ensuring the sanctity of the examination process and will not tolerate any attempts to compromise the integrity of the KCPE exams," emphasized Rebecca Muraya, the Officer in Charge of the Eastleigh North Police Station.

In a separate incident at New Eastleigh Primary School, the only mixed public primary school in the Eastleigh North ward, tensions flared as candidates who had completed their KCPE papers attempted to incite a riot. The unrest was quickly contained by the intervention of the police, restoring order and ensuring the safety of all individuals present.

One of the concerned teachers at the school highlighted the emotional turmoil experienced by the candidates, stating, "It is understandable that the students may have been overwhelmed by the intensity of the examination process. We are working closely with them to provide the necessary support and guidance during this challenging period."

Similarly, a parent expressed empathy for the students, acknowledging the pressure and anxiety surrounding the KCPE exams. "We stand in solidarity with the children as they go through this crucial phase of their academic journey. Our hope is for their success and well-being," the parent commented.
