The prosecution makes submissions before Milimani Anti-Corruption Principal Magistrate Celestine Okore in a case where senior University of Nairobi Council members, including Prof. Amukowa Anangwe and three others, are seeking to defer their plea over allegations of abuse of office in the unlawful reappointment of Brian Ouma as Chief Operations Officer.
