Having been recently admitted to the bar, MP Babu Owino made a bold entrance into the National Assembly dressed in full lawyer's attire, complete with a collarette. His outfit sparked objections from MP Anthony Oluoch, prompting the Speaker to intervene and order Owino to change into appropriate parliamentary dress before rejoining the session.
