Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen has cited alcohol and drug abuse as the biggest security challenge in Murang'a County, blaming rogue distributors for the vice. Murkomen said the government will intensify a multi-agency crackdown to dismantle the networks behind the illicit trade.
