Judge Chacha Mwita: The court has granted the family (of blogger Ndiang’ui Kinyagia) time to be with him, take instructions, and seek medical attention if needed. The respondents have seven days to file their responses, and the petitioners will have seven days after that to file a supplementary response. The matter will be heard on July 18 and 24 at 10:30 am.
