KNEC urges accuracy as registration of KCSE, KPSEA candidates set to kick off

According to Njeng'ere, registration for the 2025 KPSEA candidates will begin on January 27, 2025.
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced the registration dates for the upcoming Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.
Speaking during the release of the 2024 KCSE exam results, KNEC CEO David Njeng'ere outlined the timelines for the registration, urging all concerned parties to ensure accuracy during the process.
According to Njeng'ere, registration for the 2025 KPSEA candidates will begin on January 27, 2025.

Following this, the registration for the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment and KCSE exam will commence on February 17, 2025.
"I wish to appeal to all centre managers to ensure that all candidates are registered accurately," Njeng'ere said.
He acknowledged the difficulties faced in previous years during registration and called for greater attention to detail.
"This is one area that we usually have a very big challenge, the capture of candidates' registration details," Njeng'ere said.
