Each team will receive an annual Sh10 million, with an additional Sh.5 million awarded to the league winner. Additionally, Sh11 million will be distributed based on table standings.
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has unveiled a major collaboration with the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) as the official Free-to-Air (FTA) broadcast partner for the FKF Premier League.
In the seven-year deal, the federation is slated to receive Sh191 million for the first season, with an annual increment of Sh15 million for the following seasons. KBC will air 68 matches from matchday 13 this weekend, featuring two games per match week, on both its platforms (Radio and TV).

FKF President Nick Mwendwa shared details of the distribution stating, "We are going to give Sh.5 million to the winner, but Sh.11 million will be shared on a league standing basis, downwards from number two to number eighteen. This means clubs will receive additional funds on top of their ten million, with variations based on their standings. We are also going to celebrate our players and referees."

Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba, announcing the partnership on November 30 at Talanta Hela Plaza, expressed a commitment to including women's football in the local TV station broadcasts. "Never in the history of this country have we had a government that is so deliberate, intentional and focused on transforming sports. We have already started discussions for the Women's Premier League; we will be able to create a package for them," said CS Namwamba.
ICT and Digital Economy CS Eliud Owalo, present at the ceremony, praised the partnership as a positive step for the growth of Kenyan football. He said, "KBC will have the opportunity to transmit live all KPL matches; this will showcase the immense potential we have among our youth."
