Speaking after the match, Mohammed expressed his excitement about opening his account for the season.
“I scored my first goal today in my first game. Last season, I didn’t manage to get on the scoresheet, so I’m happy to have made a difference this time. The intensity of the game was high, but I was determined to seize my opportunity. My target is to score 20 goals or more this season,” he said.
Crown FC head coach Abdulahi Ibrahim praised his players for maintaining their winning run but noted areas for improvement.
“I’m pleased we secured three points again. My goal this season is to finish at the top of the table. However, our attacking transitions need sharpening, and that’s something we will focus on in training,” he said.
With two wins in two games, Crown FC remain one of the early frontrunners in the league, reinforcing their ambitions for a strong campaign.
