"I promise you, we will confound the naysayers. This country will not fail; this great nation that God has given us will succeed," Ruto assured.

President William Ruto has reaffirmed his commitment to leading Kenya toward success, declaring that the country will overcome its challenges and silence its critics.

On Tuesday, Ruto exuded confidence in his administration's ability to transform the nation despite global economic challenges.

"I want to assure you that, although we are in a difficult place globally, and economically, I am very confident that we have the team, the people, and the plan to transform our nation. There is no room for failure. We must succeed," he said.

The President was speaking at the Ministerial Performance Contract signing ceremony on Tuesday at State House, Nairobi.

Ruto insisted on his focus on accountability, unity, and leadership, calling on public servants to rise to their responsibilities and deliver on their mandates.

"I promise you, we will confound the naysayers. This country will not fail; this great nation that God has given us will succeed. Together, as leaders in the Republic of Kenya, we must work tirelessly to make this country great," Ruto noted.

He urged public officers, from ministers to government agencies, to adopt a whole-of-government approach in delivering the administration's agenda.

Ruto stressed that every leader has a duty to build a better Kenya for future generations.

"The more authority you have, the greater the responsibility that rests on your shoulders. And the higher the accountability you're judged by. We must work towards creating a united country that shares prosperity," he stated.

The president assured government officials of his full support in fostering a performance-driven culture within the public service, aimed at fast-tracking Kenya's transformation agenda.

He encouraged leaders to remain focused on their assignments, reminding them of the urgency to deliver tangible results for the Kenyan people.

"I look forward to working with the ministers, principal secretaries, and heads of various agencies to ensure we deliver on our commitments. Together, we will ensure every citizen experiences the full promise of this country's abundant opportunities," Ruto said.

In addition, the President reaffirmed his optimism and determination to lead Kenya to greater heights.

"This is our home, and we must leave it better than we found it. Let us join hands and focus on making this nation great," he said.
