Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua: I wish the President could find it in his heart to just even withdraw the orders that he gave yesterday, about police shooting people in the legs. I just wish he could; maybe he can't. That is an avenue of serious bloodshed in this country. We don't want to go that route.
