President Ruto warns hospitals demanding payment for outpatient care, saying Level 4 hospitals have been allocated Sh13 billion through the Social Health Authority (SHA)to cover those services. Ruto also lauded Health CS Aden Duale for suspending 40 health facilities from SHA over fraud.
