Eunice Kilundu, Child Protection and Advocacy Manager at Child Fund, stresses the vital role of Parliament in ensuring the Victim Protection Trust Fund is strengthened and prioritised. Kilundu: Victim Protection Trust Fund has not been activated to date, yet a few years ago before it was allocated a zero budget, there was a budget that was initially allocated to it, yet it was not functional. Our ask is the Victim Protection Trust Fund to be activated.
