Universal Health Coverage (UHC) chair, Desmond Wafula: There is no agreement between the unions, the Ministry of Health and the Council of Governors. The agreement that we saw is for the Ministry of Health and the Council of Governors, which we already rejected. The reason why we are not in agreement is that the agreement is not resolving the dispute between the workers and employers; they are resolving the dispute between themselves.
