At the heart of Season 15 are four unforgettable catwalk showcases, where the world’s best African designers bring their collections to life. Representing Kenya are three exceptional brands: Sevaria by Jamie Bryan Kimani, Epica Jewellery by Sharon Wendo, and Kisero Nairobi led by Kevin Abwova.
Each will grace the runway with collections that fuse heritage, craftsmanship, and modern innovation.
Kisero Nairobi, a luxury leather brand rooted deeply in Nairobi’s artisan heritage, exemplifies Kenya’s dedication to craftsmanship passed down through generations. Founded in 2020, Kisero Nairobi is a father-son enterprise crafting timeless leather footwear, bags, and accessories that celebrate African artistry with a contemporary twist.

Sharon Wendo’s Epica Jewellery brings Kenya’s rich Maasai traditions to the forefront, offering bold, ethically crafted pieces that narrate stories of identity and culture. Her work embodies a modern African spirit rooted in sustainability and cultural pride, making Epica Jewellery a standout at the event.
Jamie Bryan Kimani’s Sevaria challenges conventional fashion boundaries with gender-fluid designs that merge menswear and womenswear, reflecting the dynamic and evolving narratives within African fashion. His brand represents Kenya’s forward-thinking approach, marrying artistry with social commentary.
Celebrating African heritage
"AFWL 2025 is more than just a fashion event — it’s a cultural experience. From the Adire Festival highlighting Nigeria’s textile artistry to panel talks addressing sustainability, AI in design, and redefining the 'Made in Africa' narrative, the event offers a platform where Kenya’s fashion story intersects with the broader African and global fashion movement," Queen Ronke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, Founder of Africa Fashion Week London, noted,
“This 15th edition is more than a celebration; it’s a bold statement about the future of African fashion. We’re proud to bring the world’s attention to the talent, stories, and innovation coming from the continent and its diaspora.”
