According to the 2026 Global Passport Power Rankings by total mobility score, Seychelles leads Africa with a score of 146, followed by Mauritius at 139 and South Africa at 109. These countries hold the continent’s strongest passports in terms of global travel access.
Botswana and Morocco share a mobility score of 83, while Lesotho and Namibia each score 80. Eswatini ranks next with 79, while Malawi and Kenya both record a score of 77, placing them among the continent’s mid-ranked passports.
