Video: Communication Authority Expert Admits Twitter Account Not Linked to Accused in Ruto-case Student
A police officer seconded to the Communication Authority has testified in a Nairobi court that his forensic report could not definitively link a disputed Twitter (X) account to the Moi University student accused of posting alleged false information about President William Ruto. Testifying before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Benmark Ekhubi, the officer admitted accessing six links on X but found no registration details or phone numbers connecting the account to the suspect.
