Video: Communications Authority of Kenya Officer Admits Report Does Not Link X Account to Accused Student
A police officer seconded to the Communications Authority of Kenya told the court that he could not provide definitive proof linking a phone number to an X account of a Moi University student accused of publishing false information about President Ruto, as the number was taken from a screenshot rather than official data from X Corp, and his report merely “believed” the association was correct.
