Interior CS Murkomen: We have learned that leaders face challenges working together. There have been instances where some Officer Commanding Station (OCS) officers assault chiefs who are dealing with illicit brews, aiming to remain the sole collectors of bribes. We want the relationship between administrators and police reviewed. We have also resolved to establish police stations around universities and colleges to help curb drug and substance abuse.
