Video: Lawyer Danstan Omari has criticised the manner in which the DPP, Renson Ingonga, is being targeted
Lawyer Danstan Omari has criticised the manner in which the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Renson Ingonga, is being targeted, stating that any attempt to remove the DPP must follow the procedures outlined in Article 154 of the Constitution regarding public service. "There is no evidence presented against the DPP. If anyone has a problem with that office, they must raise it in a manner that upholds public interest and respects the integrity of a constitutional office," Omari said.
