Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen: President Ruto has directed that 10,000 police officers be recruited within two months and deployed to operational areas. Together with the IG, weโ€™ve agreed that officers should not serve more than three to five years in such areas. After that, there will be a rotation cycle. Those in formed units with over 20 or 30 years of service will be moved to police stations
