KUCCPS has opened online applications for TVET programmes in Kenya’s accredited colleges for the May 2026 intake, open to KCSE candidates from 2000–2025, with a deadline of March 18, 2026.

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened applications for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes for the May 2026 intake.
In a notice to applicants, the placement agency said the opportunity is open to candidates who sat the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations between 2000 and 2025.
According to KUCCPS, applicants can now apply for courses offered at National Polytechnics, Technical Training Institutes, Institutes of Science and Technology, and other accredited technical colleges across the country.
The agency urged interested candidates to log into the KUCCPS student portal and select programmes that align with their interests and qualifications. It also noted that applicants with any KCSE mean grade are eligible to apply for a wide range of TVET courses.
Students are required to submit their applications through the KUCCPS online portal at http://students.kuccps.ac.ke.
KUCCPS further clarified that the application process is not limited to the most recent KCSE candidates. Form Four leavers from previous years are also eligible to apply for placement in the available programmes.
The application window will remain open until March 18, 2026, after which the placement process will begin.
Successful applicants will join accredited institutions in May to begin programmes designed to equip them with practical skills and technical expertise across various fields.
KUCCPS has also set up digital platforms to help students, parents, and institutions easily access placement services and information about academic programmes. Through these platforms, users can explore available courses, apply for placement, or update institutional programme details depending on their role.
